Chaos Entities: The Hive Mind

This is my first fully fledged out character concept that I've had a go at bringing to life. I usually model props, vehicles, or environments, but I wanted to try my hand at character modelling. I've been developing some character concepts for a while now, and decided I want to start with a small group of character designs which I'm calling the "Chaos Entities".

The general basis for these characters is that they're predominantly humanoid, but with some sort of supernatural deformity/modification to their anatomy brought on by extreme exposure to nature.

The Hive Mind was found occupying a dilapidated cabin far out from a small village to the south of Borneo. Possibly alive or dead at the time of the bees takeover, the origin of the host is unknown. However he now acts as a dormant save-haven for an extremely hostile colony of bees, with the capability to move around and relocate if necessary.

The genetic structure of the bees is unlike anything seen on earth before, as their venom inflicts crippling pain and total madness into anyone unfortunate enough to get too close. The bees occupy the area roughly one square mile around the Hive, and protect it at all costs. Due to its sedentary life, but required upkeep of some muscle mass, the host became disfigured and engorged from the constant diet of honey, and having to bear the massive weight of the Hive for so long.

Whether the head remains, is unknown.
